To quality for this assessment you must be someone who is in a key position of interviewing candidates for hire or promotion. The first step is to take your own assessment and debrief the results with us.

This is an assessment and a full, 2-hour debriefing (considerably more than what we do with individual candidates). We typically charge $395 for this level of debriefing and it is a powerful, personally valuable and educational experience. This pre-requisite step is critical to your understanding how the system works.
