been around at least since the days of Ben Franklin,
but it was Napoleon Hill who coined the term
“mastermind” in his book Think and Grow Rich. He
believed that a group of like-minded,
achievement-oriented individuals could dramatically
accelerate their success by leveraging each other's
talent. The truth of this has been proven over and
over again.
The power behind a
traditional mastermind group is in bringing people
together in mutual support of each other's
individual success. Members of a well-formed
mastermind group work together in complete harmony
and trust, drawing from each other's diverse
experience, specialized knowledge, and unique
skills. Each member has a something different to
both give and receive. As a result of this mutual
support, a mastermind group can greatly increase an
individual's clarity around the actions necessary

6 Advisors™ MasterMIND Success Group
exponentially increases the benefits of a
traditional mastermind group.
 For
over 4 years, 6 Advisors Coaches have been helping
thousands of leaders, individuals and organizations
tap into their greatest talents, transcend their
“weaknesses” and achieve their aspirations at
unprecedented levels. By utilizing
ground-breaking, scientific principles and
time-tested methodologies, the 6 Advisors process
measurably impacts a person’s capacity to
consistent think better, make better choices and
take more effective action. Our work goes below
personality and behavioral approaches to the very
thinking that either supports or sabotages maximum
success in any and all areas of life and work.
A 6 Advisors Certified
Coach serving as the MasterMIND Facilitator,
integrates this amazing process with the
best-practices of a traditional mastermind. When the
mastery of each individual member increases it
naturally compounds the positive impact of the
mastermind for all the members creating a quantum
leap in the MasterMIND group members' propensity for
success.

Here’s how
it works:
Your
MasterMIND Success Group consists of exactly 6 or 8
peers (must be an even number). None of the members
are in the same or a competing businesses. Your
group officially exist for 6 Months (26 weeks). Once
your group launches, membership will remain constant
for the entire 26-weeks with no additions or
changes. Every group member must make a solemn
commitment to complete the entire process. Group
members will agree to set of standards and ethics
regarding their participation and interactions
within the groups.
After an initial
half-day, in-person kick-off, your group will meet
every week for 2 hours. Meetings can be in person,
by phone or a combination. At least one in-person
meeting per month should be in person. Your
MasterMIND Facilitator-Coach will manage all
meetings.
There are 3 phases
to the program:
Phase 1:
Formulation
This is the period during which the group membership
is being identified. This is explained in detail
below. Phase 2 begins once the group is filled.
Phase 2: Practicum
Phase (weeks 1- 12)
During this phase, the focus is primarily, though
not exclusively, focused on personal development.
This is a 12 week process of learning and discovery
using the Managing Your 6 Advisors Training – the
science, principles, and practices of 6 Advisors in
the context of your business, project or life and
with the support of your Facilitator-Coach and
partners.
Phase 3: Mastery
Phase (week 13-26)
In the Mastery Phase, the emphasis shifts from one
of learning and practice to application and action
as you develop higher levels of mastery and
accelerate your achievements. Again, with the full
support of both your Facilitator and your group
partners. |

Group Formulation
It is important that the group members view each
other as respected peers and that the group contains
some diversity of experience, knowledge, and
perspective.
The initial member(s), with help from the
Facilitator, determines the desired profile of the
other group members. The groups are then formed,
primarily by the Founder and other group members
inviting people they know or know by reputation to
be part of the group and introduces them to the
Facilitator-Coach who works with the candidates to
bring them into the group.
The Facilitator-Coach may also recruit people for
the group. All such candidates will make an
application to the existing members for acceptance
into the group by majority vote.
Prior
to launching, every member of the group must take
the 6 Advisors Assessment and receive a 2-hour
personal debriefing. The Assessment results are NOT
used as a measure for acceptance and are shared only
on a voluntary basis (which is encouraged).
Prospective members may elect to take the assessment
and have a debriefing as part of their decision
process to understand precisely the nature and power
of work we do. The cost of this is $395 and the fee
is applied toward the program fees should they be
accepted and join the group.
Fees,
Referrals and Expenses
The standard
price consist of an up-front fee of $2,500 plus 6
monthly payments. The monthly payment is $400 if
there are 6 people in the group and only $300 if
there are 8 people in the group. Total cost, then,
depends on the size of the group -- $4,900 if 8
people and $4,300 if 6 people. But...
A
10% discount is offered for full payment in
advance.
In
addition, generous referral credits are
available for those that recruit other members which
is an essential part of the process as explained
above.
Referrals
Credits
Members of
any MasterMIND group can earn a $250-$500 referral
credit for each person they introduce to their own
or another MasterMIND group being formed through
Mentis Education.
The
amount is $500 if the referrals comes to the
Facilitator-Coach ready to sign-up and pre-approved.
If the candidate requires a presentation or
assessment debrief from the Facilitator-Coach before
applying for membership, then the credit amount is
$250.
Therefore, if a founding member brings 7 other
pre-qualified, pre-enrolled people to the group with
them, the founder can receive a credit/discount
of up to $3,500 towards their own fees, bringing
their cost to just $800 - even lower if they pay in
advance.
So
what does it really cost to be part of the most
extraordinary personal growth, success building
experience you will ever have? When you calculate
the possibilities, that makes your cost just as
little as $28 per week if you bring 7 people and
pay in advance and, at most, $189 if you're in a
group of 6, refer no one and don't pay the full
amount in advance.*
*All
travel, telephone, and facility expenses are the
responsibility of the group members and are not
included in the above calculations. In most cases,
in-person meetings take place at one of the members'
place of business' conference room, a members home,
or other facility that does not require a rental
fee.
