Assessment:
Assessment is the starting point of everything we do.

This objective, web-based and laser-accurate assessment process takes less than 30 minutes per person to administer. It is NOT a personality type indicator or behavioral analysis and does not label or categorize people. Furthermore, we have the ability to objectively measure changes in an individual's thinking processes over time. In addition to anecdotal results and performance improvements, we will scientifically measure improvements in thinking - providing empirical evidence of the sustainable success of our other services.

In addition to the basic individual assessment, we offer specialized assessments for employment selection and organizational development.

Using these assessments as a basis, we can then employ other tools and services to help individuals and organizations create greater success.
 

Coaching:
We offer transformative learning experiences in individual, team/group and MasterMIND formats. Our coaching/teaching technique is what we call "edu-coaching" - coaching with high educational content to build capacity, wisdom and skill rather than co-dependency. Our coaching process is not
open-ended - it is designed to produce real results within a specific time-frame.

Coaching client's take on their personal and professional development in real-time, over-time, and in the context of their work/life. An initial coaching process typically takes about 90-days and produces the kind of results that other training and coaching programs take up to a year or more to produce.

Our coaching is quite distinct from other models of coaching. Our methodology is science-based, high-intensity, highly-structured, yet individualized and flexible. It is applicable in virtually any situation at any level of the organization or for personal issues. Our purpose is to build the client's independent capacity for achievement, rather than dependency on a coach. The coaching clients who experience the greatest benefit are people who want to grow themselves, not just change their immediate circumstances.

Individual Coaching is personal, one-on-one coaching usually delivered over the phone (in-person is also an option). Individual coaching allows for the highest level of individual attention and relevance because the context is 100% about the clients own life/work issues, challenges and aspirations. Where privacy and maximum personal attention is desires, individual coaching offers the best solution.

Group Coaching provides a highly effective, yet budget-conscious alternative to individual coaching. Group Coaching offers the same process, principles, and potential results as individual coaching. The difference is that the majority of the principle-learning work is done in a group format supported by up to 3 hours of personal one-on-one time with the coach. In addition to the lower cost, many people prefer group coaching because of the group dynamics, collaboration, and camaraderie that is created. In this format, groups generally consist of people in similar positions (i.e. C-Level Execs, entrepreneurs, middle-managers) from multiple organizations. Group coaching is teleconference-based.

Team Coaching is designed to coach, in a group format, multiple people on the same team and within the same organization.
 

Education and Training:
Education is a vital component of all our services including individual and group coaching. Many organizations combine coaching with more formalized team/group trainings and workshops where we can take advantage of group dynamics and more openly address cultural and/or interpersonal challenges and strengths. Our training programs are highly customizable to meet the needs of the client organization.

Whether through coaching services or training workshops, participants will learn principles and practices to develop a measurably increased capacity for better thinking that leads to better performance in virtually any area of life and work.
