No, it is not your typical workshop where everybody goes home feeling warm and fuzzy only to start the next day doing exactly what they did the day before and the day before that.

During the 16 total hours it takes to complete the full workshop, participants will discover all the core principles of Six Advisors™ as they apply to the context of their participation (leadership, teamwork, communications, productivity, performance, etc.). They will leave with powerful new insights into themselves, the people around them (not just other participants), how the world works and how they can work the world. They will also be armed with a series of follow-up activities and group coaching sessions designed to help ensure sustainability and continued development.

The core workshop is flexible and designed to accommodate the client organization's scheduling requirements. It can be delivered over two, full consecutive days or in smaller sessions over several weeks.

The workshop can be tailored to address specific issues and goals for the group. During part of the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to have an actual, professionally facilitated business meeting focused on a particular issue of the client organization's or participant's collective choice. Real, productive and valuable work will actually be done during the workshop.
